Storage Security
Antifuse is an OTP (OneTime Programmable) memory technology produced by breaking the oxide component of devices and is also a candidate for embedded memory. Different from the existing OTP memory solutions, our unique IP, MSOTP, is revolutionized in any aspects of performance. MSOTP cell can store dual bits which denotes the same data can be stored with fewer transistors. Also, physical attacks like X-ray and decap technique is harder to distinguish the state of MSOTP cell. MSOTP is compatible to logic CMOS process and no extra mask is required. The enhancement of energy efficiency and chip area is highly competitive among the existing solutions which meets the requirement of IoT (Internet of Things) products. MSOTP is used in a wide range of applications, including secure data storage, code storage, sensor trimming, parameter setting, function selection, etc. In high end security products, customers can combine MSOTP cell and traditional cell to reach higher security level which is immune to brute-force attack.
Root of Trust Hardware
PUF (Physical Unclonable Function) is a hardware security technology produced by the intrinsic variations in the wafer fabrication. Random sequence can be generated with PUF IP due to the characteristics of its “uniqueness” and “unpredictability” . The introduction of PUF can lower the risk of being decoded algorithmically rather than using traditional scrambling way to generate random sequence in the trusted system. The novel structure in our PUF IP truly lowers customers chip area and enhances the efficiency which is suitable for IoT applications. Our PUF IP is highly competitive among the existing solutions and highly compatible in the advanced logic CMOS process. The random sequence produced by our PUF IP provides many applications including security key generation, identification, authentication, encryption, etc.
