PUF

Jmem Tek’s PUF can internally generate keys without the need for storage, making the key truly invisible. Unlike conventional PUFs, our PUF technology eliminates the need for high-voltage programming or reading, offering significant advantages in terms of cost reduction, resistance to reverse-engineering, and improved circuit yields.

By harnessing the natural variations in wafer fabrication, this hardware security technology creates a robust and unique identifier. The symmetrical circuit design addresses the issue of asymmetric aging found in traditional PUFs, greatly reducing error rates in random sequence generation.

This unique, non-replicable identifier—similar to an electronic fingerprint—ensures that every hardware device has a secure, distinct identity. This end-to-end security solution protects algorithms from tampering and securely binds data to the chip, preventing information theft.
